Where are you located and do you offer online sessions?

We offer Canada-wide online therapy via a secure video platform. For those in Calgary, we offer in-person sessions at our home office (look for the house with the fence). You are welcome to switch between online and in-person sessions depending on what works best for your schedule each week.

What should I do when I arrive for an in-person session?

To ensure a smooth transition between clients, please send a quick text when you arrive. I will let you know when the space is ready for you!

What are your rates?

Individual (Online or In-person) 55 mins -150$

Child Individual (Online or In-person) 55 mins -150$

Couples (Online or In-person) 90 mins - 225$

Family (Online or In-person) 90 mins - 225$

Do you offer direct billing?

We do not offer direct billing at this time. However, we provide detailed digital receipts for every session, which you can easily submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for support. Please note that missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our practice policy.

Can I bring my baby to the session?

Absolutely. At Good Chat Therapy, we want you to feel at ease and cared for alongside your baby. We provide a comfortable, welcoming space for both parent and child, and we will work together to ensure the session maintains a steady flow.

What if I don't see a time that works for me?

If the current availability listed doesn’t fit your schedule, please reach out via our contact form. We are happy to coordinate and try to find a more suitable time for you.
